Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a store credit or exchange, provided that items are:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Returned in original packaging
Sale Items
All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
Exchanges
To arrange an exchange, please contact our team with your order details. Once your return is received, we’ll issue a store credit so you can select your preferred item.
Store Credit
Store credit is issued for the value of the returned item (excluding shipping) and is valid for 12 months. You’ll receive this via email as a unique code to use at checkout.
Faulty Items
We take great care in the quality of every piece.
If you receive a faulty item, please contact our team within 14 days with your order details and a photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable.
Return Shipping
As a small business, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
